THE HEARTH Meeting House is a privately-run space on the interwebs featuring live video conferencing, text chat, & donation collection services. There is no need to download any additional apps or set up a profile to host or attend a meeting.

THE HEARTH – Meeting House uses a free, secure, and open-sourced video conferencing software called Jitsi in conjunction with text chatbox plugin Wise Chat and donation plugin GiveWP, which processes card transactions using Stripe. This software is capable of running in most browsers on most devices with audio and video call capabilities without the need to create a profile or download any additional applications.
THE HEARTH – Meeting House must be reserved at least one week in advance to allow proper time to prepare the room. Upon submitting the form below, all further arrangements will be made through email correspondence. Hosts will be emailed the Meeting House link and a unique password that will work during the reserved time period, as well as an hour before. This link and password can be shared a long with any posts and promotions about the offered service and used by both host and attendees.
All services offered at THE HEARTH will be promoted on the Hearth & Heart social media pages.
Donations may take up to two weeks to process and transfer, but will be sent by host’s choice of VENMO, PAYPAL, CASHAPP, or a good, old fashioned snail-mailed paper CHECK.

Reserving THE HEARTH – Meeting House costs nothing but your time & energy, though we believe those to be very valuable indeed! We operate as a donation-based service for donation-based services. Please consider donating to support our efforts after your video conference has been completed and the donations collected have been totaled and sent.
THE HEARTH – Meeting House is still in the beta-testing stage. Please be patient as we work out the kinks to ensure the success of our mission to provide an underground online busking platform that is an enjoyable and beneficial experience for all.
